1 lb extra firm tofu 2 Tbsp tamari 1/4 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp garlic, mustard, ginger powder 1 32oz can crushed tomatoes 1 lb (4 cups) pasta noodles 1 lb frozen peas 1/2 tsp salt 2 tsp basil 2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp spike 1 can olives, sliced 1) cube tofu, marinate in tamari & spices 2) while tofu cooks, prepare pasta 3) while water heats, prepare sauce in a simmering sauce pan, 5 min before done, add peas/olives. |
