Peaceful Palate, 5Feb08 1 1/2 c soy milk 2 tb cider or distilled vinegar 2 c whole wheat flour 1 c unbleached flour 2 ts baking soda 1/2 ts salt 1/2 c molasses 1/2 c raisins Mix flour soda, salt Mix soymilk and vinegar Add soy mixture, molases and raisins, stir enough to mix. Dough is stiff/sticky. Preheat to 325, bake for 1 hour. |
